The tri-hull concept existed, in it's most rudimentary form, as simple canoe outriggers for centuries. In an explosion of innovation, pioneers of nautical design would revolutionize shipbuilding beyond the possible.  So shockingly dissimilar from all Sea faring vessels that came before; the multi-hull would shake the pillars of Maritime Tradition and Shipbuilding. This radical departure would be spirited by the creativity and freedom from tradition that defined the Central Coast of California
